السياسة العامة
1-يجب تقديم أصل اصل الفاتورة للاستفادة من شروط الضمان والاستبدال والاسترجاع.
2-لا يمكن للعميل استبدال او ارجاع المشتريات بعد الاستلام.
3-يمكن للعميل استرجاع مبلغ الفاتورة الغير مسلمة خلال 3 أيام ( 72 ساعة ) او استبدالها خلال 6 أيام بنفس القيمة او أعلى منها من تاريخ امر البيع قبل موعد التسليم بحد اقصى 3 أيام، مالم تكن المشتريات طلبية خاصة.
4-يحق للعميل الاستبدال او الاسترجاع خلال يوم واحد فقط خلال فترة العروض والتخفيضات.
5-يمكن للعميل استبدال المشتريات عند الاستلام في حال وجود عيب مصنعي وعدم مطابقتها للفاتورة على ان ترجع بنفس السيارة التي تم التوصيل بها .
6-لا يجوز ارجاع او استبدال السجاد وشراشف السرير والمخدات ومراتب السرير والإكسسوار بعد الاستلام.
7-في حال شراء العميل للأصناف الأخيرة (قطعة العرض) من المعرض وموافقته على شرائها بحالتها كما هي تسدد قيمتها بالكامل وتكون غير قابلة للإرجاع او الاستبدال نهائيا.
8-يتم إعادة المبلغ للعميل خلال 14 يوم عمل من تاريخ طلبه بعد خصم الرسوم البنكية .
9-الفواتير المدفوعة بشيكات لا تعتبر مسددة لحين تحصيل قيمة الشيكات.
10-الشركة غير مسؤولة عن ترك البضاعة عند التسليم في موقع التوصيل عند عدم اتساع المكان او عدم ملائمة الألوان او عدم دخول البضاعة من المداخل او الدرج.
11-الشركة غير مسؤولة عن أي تلف او ضرر او نقص في البضاعة بعد المعاينة والتوقيع من قبل العميل او من ينوب عنه.. كذلك غير مسؤولة عن البضاعة التي يستلمها العميل ويتركها دون تركيب.
12-المراتب والبوكسات والأرفف غير مشمولة بسعر الغرف والمخدات الاضافية على اطقم الكنب .
13-عميلنا العزيز تأكد من صحة طلبك قبل مغادرة المعرض حيث انه لن يتم قبول اي طلبات تخالف السياسة العامة .
الدفعات وحجز البضاعة
تتيح الشركة لعملائها إمكانية تخزين المشتريات لمدة 30 يوم مجانا عند سداد 100% من قيمة أمر البيع وفي حال تجاوز مدة الحجز يتم الغاء امر البيع واحتساب 20% كرسوم تخزين من اجمالي امر البيع ولا يحق للعميل المطالبة بالمشتريات نفسها ويحق له الاستبدال بقيمة صافي الفاتورة بعد خصم رسوم التخزين، اما في حالة سداد 50% على الأقل من امر البيع فان الشركة غير مسؤولة عن توفر البضاعة في حالة عدم اكمال السداد خلال فترة ثلاث أيام من تاريخ فتح امر البيع ويتم احتساب العربون (رسوم إدارية ورسوم تخزين) .
التوصيل والضمان
1-تقدم الشركة خدمة التوصيل والتركيب المجاني لمرة واحدة ضمن مدينة جدة، وفي حالة الغاء الموعد قبل التوصيل بساعات اقل من (72) ساعة من موعد التركيب او عدم التواجد بموقع التسليم او عد الرد على الهاتف تقوم الشركة بإعادة البضاعة الى المخازن وتكون الشركة قد اخلت مسؤوليتها عن خدمة التوصيل المجاني ويصبح التوصيل على نفقة العميل حسب الرسوم المقررة مع احتساب رسوم التخزين .
2-يتم ابلاغ العميل قبل تاريخ التوصيل المتفق عليه وذلك للتأكد من عنوان التوصيل المذكور في امر البيع وفي حالة عدم الرد سيتم إعادة جدولة العميل حسب جدول التوصيل المتاح على النظام برسوم مالية.
3-يلتزم العميل بفحص البضاعة عند استلامها والتوقيع على اذن التسليم ومعاينة البضاعة وذكر أي ملاحظات على اذن التسليم.
4-تقدم الشركة ضمان صيانة لمدة سنة واحدة على غرف النوم وسفر الطعام وخمس سنوات على الكنب للعملاء داخل مدينة جدة غير شامل للأقمشة ويشمل هذا الضمان الصيانة فقط ولا يشمل قطع الغيار او الاضرار الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام (التلف الناتج عن استخدام مواد التنظيف، الكسر، الحرق، الاستهلاك المفرط والغسيل) والتي تحدد من قبل الفني المختص بالشركة.
5-يتم تحديد موعد استلام البضاعة من المعرض اوالمستودع حسب الجدول المتاح مع العلم بوجود مدة انتظار.
6-في حال استلام العميل للبضاعة من المستودع او المعرض ويريد صيانتها يقوم بإعادتها الى المستودع واستلامها بمعرفته وعلى نفقته بعد الاتفاق مع الشركة.
7-في حال تعثر الشركة عن تسليم البضاعة يحق للعميل استرجاع المبلغ كاملا دون أي تعويض إضافي.
